General Fund

Your generosity supports the Indonesian Buddhist Fellowship of Canada (IBFC) in preserving, sharing, and promoting the Buddha’s teachings and making the Dhamma accessible to anyone who wishes to learn, practise, and explore the Dhamma.

Donations help support Dhamma programs, charitable outreach, community activities, visiting monastics, operating expenses, and other initiatives that further IBFC’s mission.

Every offering, regardless of the amount, helps create opportunities for the Dhamma to be shared and practised, and for a welcoming spiritual community to flourish.

Vihara (Monastery) Fund

IBFC has established a dedicated Vihara Fund toward our long-term aspiration of creating a permanent home for the Dhamma, Buddhist practice, learning, and community.

We envision a welcoming place where anyone interested in the Dhamma can come together to learn, practise, meditate, and grow in spiritual friendship. It will also provide a supportive home for the Sangha and help preserve and share the Buddha’s teachings for future generations.

Together, we can plant the seeds today for the Dhamma to continue to flourish and remain accessible for generations to come.

Make a secure one-time or monthly donation through CanadaHelps and select the fund you wish to support.

CanadaHelps will issue your official charitable tax receipt directly.

Donations can also be sent by Interac e-Transfer to: ibfctreasury_toronto@yahoo.com

Please indicate “General Fund” or “Vihara Fund” in the message.

For your first e-transfer donation, please also provide:

  • Your full legal name
  • Mailing address
  • Email address

This information will help us maintain your donor records and prepare your official charitable tax receipt. We will contact you if any additional information is required.
